Volleybalclub Vrij Spel Amsterdam Oost

Recreational volleyball is for people who have no or bit volleyball experience but do not feel like playing a league but want to play voluntarily. At Vrij spel Amsterdam East  the recreational group consists of men and women of all ages. We play weekly on wednesday, sunday  and regularly participate in recreational tournaments.
